Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.


WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?


In-Store Pickup

In-store and curbside pickup is available for All purchases. Pickups are available Tuesday-Saturday 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm.

We offer various shipping options. Sometimes a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.


Free Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping shipping on Orders over $75.00.


Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:


Shipping Method: UPS

Shipping Fee: $9


If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.


All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.


Our processing time is 5 to 7 business days. After the order is completed processing it will be shipped. Once the order is shipped tracking information will be emailed to you. For security purposes, we will only ship to the address entered at the time of purchase. Once the order is shipped we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.


DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Standard Shipping shipping is not valid on international orders.


Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions concerning some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

RETURNS

Service Refund Policy


THE EMPLOYEES DELIGHT THEMSELVES ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE. 

We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you at no cost only with in the two of the initial service.

No refunds or exchanges.

We are not responsible for any returns nor taking over your dispute on a product if you return the item without an authorization from us. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Modern Tresses Hair Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address entered at checkout. Modern Tresses Hair Studio will provide tracking/shipping information for the customer to investigate, if package is lost or stolen.
