When you arrive, please check in through the app or give us a quick call. Once your stylist is ready, Enter through the main door, then the door on the right marked "My Salon Suites" dial 201 and hit the green call button on the keypad to access the suite.

To schedule an appointment online, please note that credit card information is required. At the time of booking, a 40% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

No-Show / Cancellation Policy:

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. If proper notice is not provided, a fee will apply. Clients will not be eligible to book future appointments until the outstanding fee for the missed or canceled service is paid.

• The fee for a first-time cancellation or no-show is $50.

• Repeated cancellations or no-shows will result in being charged the full amount of the missed service.

Hair Extension Appointments:

A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. A 40% deposit is due at the time of booking. Cancellations made after the 48-hour window will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
